Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out sooner than this). All orders are shipped from the LIVE WORK PLAY distribution center in San Diego, California. Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification (separate from your order confirmation) containing your tracking number.

- All orders are shipped Monday-Friday. 
- Orders placed after 12 PM will ship the following business day. 
- Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all U.S. Federal holidays.
-All orders placed will be processed and confirmed the same day via email confirmation. Please check your promotions/spam folder if you think that you did not receive an email confirmation for your order.
- In the case of international shipments the receiver is responsible for any custom fees or duties that may be incurred.
- Backordered items will ship as soon as the product is made available.


We offer several shipping methods for your convenience available to select during checkout. Please keep in mind; these estimated timeframes do not include our processing period, which can take up to 48 business hours if your order was placed on a non-business day or holiday.

Yes. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note, it may take 1 – 2 days after shipment for the tracking information to update.

All orders are confirmed received by our warehouse team via email confirmation within 10 minutes of being placed. Please check your promotions/spam folder if you think that you did not receive an email confirmation for your order.

Domestic Orders

Yes. We work closely with our partners at USPS for our service men and women as USPS is the only carrier that can deliver mail and packages directly to APO/FPO/DPO locations. 

International Orders

Yes. We ship to more than 240+ countries worldwide. 

All international shipments are subject to international customs clearance search and inspection. Most international orders are received worldwide within 5-15 business days. Some orders can arrive after that timeframe. Keep a copy of your tracking number that was emailed to you as it will provide daily updates regarding the status of your order.
